Tried All The Things To Increase Your Supply?

Honestly, I've been there before with my first baby and it sucks feeling like you've tried everything and nothing is working out for you. I became an IBCLC entirely because of my first breastfeeding journey and thought to myself - why the f* is nobody teaching new moms about this stuff?

I can't go back in time and streamline prenatal education and breastfeeding resources for moms everywhere and I also can't go back and change my first journey. What I can do is develop courses, guides, and offer 1:1 support for mamas looking to make breastfeeding easier.

This guide will help you prevent, diagnose, and manage low milk supply and take place of a 1:1 session with a lactation professional. Why? Because I know those sessions are not always accessible or affordable for everyone. Everyone deserves to give breastfeeding their best shot and this guide will support you in doing just that.

Hey, I'm Samantha!

I'm an L&D registered nurse and an IBCLC on a mission to make breastfeeding easier for new parents. I've essentially written down all the gaps I've noticed while working in the prenatal and lactation field and have created courses + guides to bridge those gaps in our community.

Low supply is something I am personally passionate about because it impacted me during my first journey and was 100% preventable, I just didn't have the right knowledge at the time.

While I can't promise you that your supply will go up 100%, I can say that I've helped several mamas go from making drops of breastmilk to making over 30oz in the matter of weeks to months several times over. I use the same system for many of my clients because it works well and now I'm giving you the chance to pick my brain from the comfort of our own home with your own products.
